Workware™

Workware™ is a web-based application that uniquely increases the effectiveness of the implementation and ongoing use of the AOM methodology. Thousands of staff around the world are benefiting from the clarity that Workware™ brings to capacity planning and performance reporting.

Workware™ is most commonly set up as a hosted solution, run from our resilient ASP environment. This highly secure environment enables rapid and easy deployment of AOM without the need for capital investment or involvement from your IT department. All you need is access to the internet and a web browser. Traditional deployments on client infrastructure are also available.

Real Time Management (RTM)

The Workware™ Real Time Management (RTM) tool is a web-based add-on module to Workware that improves team leaders’ ability to carry out in-day monitoring and control, by providing them with insight on the performance of their team in the moment. Instead of asking team members about their progress at a number of intervals during the day, team leaders will be able to see at-a-glance:

What is being worked on right now?
What work has been completed?
Are we on track to meet our targets?

RTM simplifies the process of capturing and recording Workware data, removing the need for any manual data collection and entry processes. It reduces the risk of missing services levels or failing to exploit capacity and solves the problem of most management information being "just too late to be useful". Systems integration

For some organisations, Workware™ is now becoming an information hub, drawing data from workflow systems, agent schedulers, ACDs, personnel systems and the like. Workware™ has also been integrated into 'slice and dice' reporting tools to provide one of the key components of an organisation's balanced score card. Workware Connect™ makes it very easy to integrate Workware™ with existing systems. This means that you can add our state of the art capacity planning tools to your overall system, without negatively impacting any existing investment.

Remote diagnostics

For clients who take advantage of our Workware™ hosted solution we can - with your permission - provide you with detailed ongoing diagnostics to identify answers to questions such as “are any teams failing to exploit their full potential?” and “are some of the core management disciplines slipping?”. This continual improvement process can be a significant tool in cementing the AOM discipline within an organisation, whilst continuing to ensure you achieve the maximum benefit.
